DI Christian Kögl is the CEO and owner of Ceram Group Holding GmbH. After studying Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering at the University of Technology, in Graz his professional career led him into the international automotive industry. Over many years he held various leadership positions, including several years abroad – for example at Magna International, as CEO of Continental Automotive Systems Russia, and as Executive Director of the GAZ Group.

Through his extensive leadership experience in global industrial companies, Christian Kögl has developed a deep understanding of complex markets, technological transformation, and sustainable value creation. His entrepreneurial approach is characterized by long-term thinking, a focus on innovation, and regional responsibility.

With the Ceram Group, he pursues the goal of combining industrial excellence with technological innovation. The focus is equally on quality awareness, international competitiveness, and strong roots in Austria. His return to his homeland and the acquisition of Ceram Austria GmbH represent an entrepreneurial commitment to regional development, industrial tradition, and responsible shaping of the future.
